RETURN POLICY

Hi friends! Here at LRT we want you to be stoked over your order; however, we understand how tough it can be buying clothes for little rad things. While we do not offer cash refunds, we will happily exchange your order for another size if/when available or offer you store credit to use on future rad things.

All items must be purchased directly from littleradthings.com with proof of purchase (order number and email address associated with order).

If an item has been worn or used and is shipped back to us, we will be unable to process an exchange and will notify you of next steps via email.

Follow the instructions to submit a return for store credit or an exchange. 

Mail the item(s) back with the label associated with your return.

Watch out for your store credit and/or exchange in the mail. 

 

MORE DETAILS.

Exchange requests must be submitted to Little Rad Things within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a store credit or exchange.

All sales are FINAL on Gift Cards, Pre-Orders, site-wide sales, birthday and charitable merchandise (such as, but not limited to, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, birthday clothing, and clothing whose proceeds benefit a charitable organization).

If an item is damaged or there is a quality issue, Little Rad Things must be contacted within 3-days of delivery at hello@littleradthings.com

The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees in relation to a return and/or exchange.  

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

All orders will ship within 3 business days (Monday-Friday). If you need an order shipped sooner, please email hello@littleradthings.com

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery of your order will vary depending on your location. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has shipped.

All orders in the contiguous United States ship USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 days). Your order will ship within our regular window via Ground Advantage unless you choose to ship Express at checkout.

All International Orders ship via UPS. Unclaimed international packages that are returned to Little Rad Things will not be refunded.

Free Shipping on orders over $100 is only available within the United States.

INCORRECT ADDRESS | RETURNED MAIL

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. Little Rad Things is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Packages returned to Little Rad Things may be reshipped at the customer's expense. Packages marked as delivered, but “not received,” are the customer’s responsibility to locate with USPS. Little Rad Things is not liable to issue refunds on lost packages.

LOST PACKAGES AND LRT GREEN SHIPPING PROTECTION

Little Rad Things does not issue refunds on lost packages. It is the customers responsibility to locate the lost package.

Little Rad Things will replace an order that is claimed lost if LRT Green Shipping Protection was applied at the checkout. Store credit will be issued in all instances in which the customer has purchased LRT Green Shipping Protection and no longer wants to receive a replacement order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations are at Little Rad Things sole discretion. Our goal is to ship orders promptly, so it is often not possible to cancel an order once it is processed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via email at hello@littleradthings.com to see if we can change, cancel, or correct the order before it ships.

COUPONS | SALES

All sale items are final. Coupons, promotional codes and sales may not be stacked or combined. Coupons or promotional codes will not be applied to existing orders following purchase.
