RETURNS POLICY
LITTLE RAD THINGS
At Little Rad Things we want you to be stoked with your order. We happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase from littleradthings.com for an exchange or merchandise credit. Items must meet the below criteria to be considered an eligible return:
Items must be in new condition, including all tags and packaging, free of stains and wear.
Items must have been purchased at full price, not at a discount. Items marked as "Final Sale", "Imperfect", or otherwise are not returnable.
There is a $2 Return Fee for items returned for a merchandise credit or exchange.
The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees in relation to a return and/or exchange.
All returns are inspected when they are received by LRT. If an item expected to be returned is missing from the package or if a returned item is considered to be invalid, your store credit will be affected, or you will be sent an invoice for that item. We reserve the right to reject returns that are not in sellable condition.
ADDITIONAL RETURN TOPICS
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. Little Rad Things is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Packages returned to Little Rad Things may be reshipped at the customer's expense. Packages marked as delivered, but “not received,” are the customer’s responsibility to locate with USPS. Little Rad Things is not liable to issue refunds on lost packages.

Order cancellations are at Little Rad Things sole discretion. Our goal is to ship orders promptly, so it is often not possible to cancel an order once it is processed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via email at hello@littleradthings.com to see if we can change, cancel, or correct the order before it ships.
All sale items are final. Coupons, promotional codes and sales may not be stacked or combined. Coupons or promotional codes will not be applied to existing orders following purchase.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (broken zipper, hole in seam, etc.), please take photos of the item and submit to customer service at hello@littleradthings.com. We do not consider wear and tear or washing issues defective. We offer replacement of defective items at no additional cost to you, subject to proof of purchase and damage.
