All items must be purchased directly from littleradthings.com with proof of purchase (order number and email address associated with order).

If an item has been worn or used and is shipped back to us, we will be unable to process an exchange and will notify you of next steps via email. 

There is an additional $2 handling fee for all returns and exchanges.

We have a $10 fee for all packages that have been returned to sender for address issues. This fee is to cover the cost of the time and resources it takes to locate the returns, link them to orders and restock.

We offer shipping protection to help protect you from damage or loss. This service is optional at checkout and is our only guarantee for package protection.

LRT is in no way liable for lost/damaged mail. It is the receiver's responsibility to contact USPS for the best resolution should shipping protection not be purchased at checkout.

We offer returns for store credit and exchange on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days. Sale items are not eligible for return.

Unsure about your size? No sweat, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges. We have a $10 return/processing fee for the items you are shipping back that will the be inspected and returned to stock to ensure your littles loves are only ever receiving new and pristine items from us.

At LRT we care about you receiving your package in a timely manner. All orders ship in 48 hours unless otherwise noted.
