Front - 95% Bamboo + 5% Spandex
Back - 100% Polyester 
Wash in Cold Water
Tumble Dry Low

Machine wash with other like colors. Hang dry or machine dry on low. Expect 1-2cm of shrinkage on first wash/dry but no shrinkage after that. If between sizes, size up! DO NOT TUMBLE DRY ON HOT/WARM.
